Skills

  • 5+ years of demonstrated leadership with proven results in the learning and research domain
  • The candidate must have demonstrated experience in building and managing an integrated learning & research program, ideally in an “in-house” leadership role within a think-tank, research, consulting or advisory entity.
  • The ability to take knowledge and transform it into exciting and useful messages, and disseminate it to the right audiences through the best distribution channels is critical.
  • Strong understanding of research methods, data analysis and development of research analytical frameworks
  • Relationships with knowledge partners and policy advocacy channels
  • Experience with creating learning materials like blogs, focus notes, policy briefs etc.
